Description
Gravity is nothing but a fairy tale when these Australians take to the air. They fly, balance, climb and carry each other on their shoulders. In their new show, the acrobats of “Gravity & Other Myths” celebrate the many hours of hard work that go into achieving this lightness. It is a hymn to the endurance and dedication that we all need to create something great. Without any glittering costumes, this new circus reveals the people behind the sensations and the risks behind all mastery. With a lot of humor, eight movement artists push their physical limits to the edge of possibility, building human towers four or five levels high and catching each other to the pulsating beats of live percussion. United by their love of artistry – for it is only complete trust that makes this possible – they demonstrate the amazing things our bodies can achieve.
