Tuti Cedeño

Tuti is a native of Panama, where she began her dance training at the Academia de Danza STEPS. She completed her bachelor's degree in contemporary dance at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. During her years of training, she successfully took part in international competitions, including The American Ballet Competition and The World Ballet Competition, and summer programmes such as Springboard Danse Montreal and B12 in Berlin. So it's no wonder that her first engagement in 2020 took her straight to a renowned company, Ballets Jazz Montréal. There she danced works by, among others, Ihsan Rustem, Andonis Foniadakis, Juliano Nunes, Crystal Pite and Azsure Barton – some of whom she will meet again when she becomes a member of Gauthier Dance as of the 2024/25 season.
